Submission Guidelines - Domestic
Arkham Bridge™ Publishing is currently accepting submissions from aspiring new authors and their agents. To ensure prompt and accurate reviewing of your submitted work, please follow the guidelines listed below. At this time, we are seeking original works only. In the future, we may be open to submissions to the Wildstar™ universe.
We are interested in most fiction or nonfiction genres.
We are not interested in screenplays (We are interested in theatrical plays.), religious literature of any denomination, or children's/young adult fiction.
We are only interested in completed submissions, so please ensure that the manuscript is completed. Please do not submit query letters for prospective novels and novellas.
For short stories and individual poems, please consider a periodical.
Physical Submissions
To submit a physical copy of your manuscript, please format it as follows:
- Paper: A4 or Letter Paper
- Margins: 0.5" on all sides
- Typeface: Serif font, 12 points
- Double-spaced
- Number all pages, and include author name and title of work on every page
Include a cover page with the following information: phone number, e-mail address, name, mailing address, wordcount, and a short (no more than one page) pitch regarding your book. Also include a short (no more than three pages) synopsis of your entire book, including ending. Also include an addressed and stamped envelope for replies. For international submissions, please ensure you include an e-mail address, as due to postage costs we will not reply by mail to international submissions. Submit the manuscript, including cover letter, synopsis and (if necessary) envelope, to:

Regrettably, we are unable to return submissions. All submissions will be recycled following reading. We will respond to all submissions (either by mail or e-mail), expressing our level of interest. If we are interested in your work, we will request the full manuscript of your novel for our consideration.
We respond to most physical submissions no later than four months after receipt.
Electronic Submissions
To submit an electronic copy of your submission, please include the following:
- Your name, mailing address, return e-mail address (if different), wordcount, and phone number
- A brief (no more than three paragraphs) pitching your story
- A short (no more than one thousand word) synopsis of your story
- A Microsoft Word document, Adobe PDF, OpenOffice Writer document, or 'Rich Text Format' that complies with all the reqirements given for physical submissions, including cover page.
Enclose all of this into the body of an e-mail, with the subject 'SUBMISSION: <Your Story Title Here>' to submissions - at - arkhambridge - dot - com. Attach the document to the e-mail. Due to the risk of viruses, all e-mails received that do not adhere exactly to these guidelines will be deleted without being read or replied to.
Submission Guidelines - International
Arkham Bridge™ Publishing does not publish international submissions unless they come from a publisher (See the Republications section below).
Wildstar™ Universe Novels
At this time, we are not accepting submissions for novels set in the Wildstar™ universe.
Republications
Arkham Bridge™ Publishing does not do domestic republications; however, if you are the publisher of a work that has been published in another country and wish to release it in the United States with Arkham Bridge™ Publishing, please contact submissions - at - arkhambridge - dot - com. Before contacting, please be aware that Arkham Bridge™ Publishing does not have the resources to conduct a translation.
